Today is Thankful Thursday and it’s P.E. with Mrs. S.
Today’s P.E. class was cancelled due to…
I have been waiting for this day since I found out that I was able to attend! It’s my first field trip with Isabel and her class all year! It was a great day; it started out with a whole lot of rain but when it was time to head to the zoo the clouds began to clear up and the sky began to turn blue! Enjoy!
I didn’t get many pictures because I had to keep an eye on my 3 kids!
At the new stingray cove with Atlantic, blue spotted and yellow stingrays.
Isabel finally touched one after I did! She didn’t want to leave after that, so we came back again before we finally left the zoo. Not what you expect when you touch a stingray, feels like jell-o or jelly in a jar.
Enjoying watching some big fish.
Colorful.
I thought these were pretty but I didn’t get their name.
Reaching out and touching Puget sound creatures in the discovery center.
We came back here for another round of touching.
Sumatran tiger.
We got to see the new Sumatran tiger cub, Kali born in April 2013. In another area were Berani (burr-rani) and Dumai (doo-my) born days apart in August of 2012.
Isabel, Maliyah and Tyler.
My 3 kids. They were great!
White Falcon.
Australian Budgie buddies.
Jellyfish.
Meerkats.
The meerkats had kits (5) born on March 18th (not pictured here).
The meerkats were fun to watch, until they all got sleepy.
