Second Grade: Day 102

Today is Tuesday and it’s music class with Mr. G. For music class she said they listened to “King of the Jungle” (might not be the real name). She came home singing “Bullfrogs and Butterflies”.

Since yesterday was no school; today is our Monday.

Isabel said all three recesses were in the gym today. For the first recess, she wrote a short story (didn’t bring it home). It was just something she did for fun and to pass the time. For second recess she played a card game with Ms. Marianna. For third recess, she played with a parachute with other kids in the gym. Sounds like fun!

The Bible verse for this week…

“Come, let us bow down in worship, let us kneel before the Lord our Maker;  for He is our God and we are the people of His pasture,
the flock under His care.” – Psalm 95:6-7

The Bible verse for this week will be tested by filling in missing words. We started working on learning it over the weekend since it is so large. Hopefully she can remember the order of the words and key words she tends to forget.
